Once you have a virtual fitting booked, you will receive a confirmation email from Clarks with your Zoom appointment details (this will include a link to join the Zoom meeting).
Once you have joined the virtual fitting via the zoom link we can help measure, fit and assist you with selecting a pair of shoes from the website. To enable you to connect to the appointment you will need to download or have access to a Zoom account on your chosen device.

You can order an toddler foot gauge or junior foot gauge online to help assist you in finding the correct size. Alternatively we can use information about your previous measure to help you establish a starting size. We can also schedule another appointment if you are able to pick up a fabric tape measure in the meantime.
Absolutely. However, if the child will be wearing socks with the shoes you are measuring for, we would advise measuring with socks as this could affect the measurement of the foot.
Yes, you can use any of the following devices: desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone, to join your virtual appointment. Please note you will need to have a working webcam, sound and microphone on your device. You will receive an email including the link to connect to the appointment via Zoom. To enable you to connect, you will need to download or have access to a Zoom account on your chosen device.
As we are hosting these fittings via video and recording the audio, to remain in line with general data protection regulations and protect your privacy we would not want you to read/ provide your personal and banking details over this channel.

You can change the date or time of your appointment up until the day before your appointment by calling Customer Care on 01458 899053. You may cancel online at any time up until the start time of your appointment.
Cancel an appointment. You will need your email address and appointment confirmation number (found in the appointment confirmation email) to make any changes to your appointment.
We record the audio of our calls for quality assurance and training purposes. The recording will be held by the Zoom client and will not be shared with any other parties besides Clarks.

If your camera is not showing up in the Zoom Settings or it is selected and not showing any video, pleaseview the troubleshooting video.
In order to access your virtual appointment, open the confirmation email sent by Clarks which includes a Zoom joining link. Open the zoom link in your browser and select Join a Meeting. Select if you want to join without signing in, enter the "meeting ID" number and your display name.
If you're signed in, change your name if you don't want your "default name" to appear. Select if you would like to connect audio and/or video and select Join.
