How to make a Return
Returns Policy During COVID-19
We recognise that some of you may need to make a Clarks return in the near future. Due to our temporary store closures, we have suspended our normal 28-day return policy. For in-store purchases made after February 18, 2020, we will accept returns in-store within 28 days of our stores reopening. For online purchases that you would like to return prior to our stores reopening, please utilise our Free Returns by Mail method. Please note that during this time, to protect our employees as much as possible, it’s likely that your return will take an extra few days to process than normal.

- Hermes Parcel Shops
If you're not happy with your purchase you can return the item for a full refund, or exchange, within 28 days of receipt (14 days for items purchased in a sale). Any returns must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging, and you must have your receipt or delivery documents as proof of purchase. Sale items are treated in the same way.
If the item is faulty we’re happy to offer a refund or an exchange when the item is returned with proof of purchase within six months of purchase.
Please note, online orders paid for using Klarna cannot be refunded or exchanged in store, please return to our distribution centre for a refund to your original payment method.

Desert Boots Customisation Station Returns Policy
Clarks, Tottenham Court Road
This returns policy applies to Desert Boots purchased and customised in-store at the Desert Boot customisation station operating from Monday 2 March 2020 at the Clarks London Tottenham Court store.
Customised Desert Boots are non-refundable and non-exchangeable following purchase, unless found to be faulty.
If your customised Desert Boots are faulty please return them in-store or by post within 6 months from the date of purchase for a full refund. A refund will not be offered following 6 months from the date of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds by post will be processed once the customised Desert Boots are received.
You must provide your receipt as proof of proof of purchase. If you don’t have your receipt, you can supply us with a credit card or bank statement as proof of purchase. Please remove your payment card number by cutting out the details or by covering the number, then scanning your documents.
Please allow at least 14 days for the refund to be credited back to your bank account.
