Any returns must be unworn or unused and in their original condition and packaging, and you must have your receipt or delivery documents as proof of purchase.
Return faulty goods within 6 months for a full refund or exchange.
If you don't have your receipt or delivery documents, you can supply us with a credit card or bank statement for proof of purchase. Please remove your payment card number by cutting out the details or by covering the number, then scanning your documents.
If you return your order to your local store, the refund will be processed immediately.
If you return them by post, we will process your refund once we have received your items.
Refunds for online orders are credited back to the original payment method.
Refunds for orders placed in store will need to be refunded via a BACS payment directly into your bank account as we do not capture card details for store placed orders. Please be advised that a member of our Customer Care Team will contact you directly to obtain details.
Please allow 5 to 10 days for the refund to be credited back to your bank account. This may take a little longer depending on how long it takes your bank/building society to process the payment.
If you would like to exchange your order, we can do this at any of our Clarks Stores* within 28 days of receipt, or for items purchased in a sale within 14 days. *Excludes Outlet, Factory Stores, Wholesale and Eire, or any other Clarks store outside the UK

Online orders paid for using Klarna need to be returned to our distribution centre where you will be refunded to your original form of payment. Online orders placed using Klarna cannot be returned to store for a refund or exchange, or gift card.

We recognise that some of you may need to make a Clarks return in the near future. Due to our temporary store closures, we have suspended our normal 28-day return policy. For in-store purchases made after 4th November 2020, we will accept returns in-store within 28 days of our stores reopening. For online purchases that you would like to return prior to our stores reopening, please utilise our Free Returns by Mail method. Please note that during this time, to protect our employees as much as possible, it’s likely that your return will take an extra few days to process than normal.
Charges are refunded if a product in the order is found to be faulty. Otherwise, we do not refund delivery charges when orders are returned.
No. Once an item has been ordered the price is fixed for both home delivery and collect from store.

Unfortunately, our warehouse does not have the information it would require for us to automatically refund you when you return items bought in a Clarks store. To process your refund, we will contact you once we have received the return to take the relevant information.

For items bought in store with a Gift Card or eGift, you will be credited back to a Gift Card. Cash or credit/debit card alternatives cannot be issued.
