Enter your order number and postcode and select 'Track my order'
On the Order Status page you'll see all of the information about your order and the status it's in
If your order has been dispatched, you'll see an option to 'Track Package' which will show you the courier tracking information
Further tracking information will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
After placing your order, the confirmation screen and confirmation email will state the estimated date that your order will arrive at your selected location.
We’ll email you when your order is dispatched, and we’ll let you know when it has been delivered.
Collecting your order
Evri will send you and email and SMS with everything you need to know to pick up your parcel. Please note that for store collections, you will need to bring a form of ID with you (UK Driving Licence, Passport, Photo ID Card, UK Letter of Authority, Deb/ Credit Card, Birth Certificate, or a Foreign ID Card), and if you are collecting from a locker, you will need to bring the QR barcode and unique 6-digit code sent to you within your collection email/ SMS.
In order to give you access to the widest range of shoes, we sometimes sell items online that are no longer stocked in our warehouse.
These items are sent directly to you from one of our Clarks stores and therefore cannot be offered for delivery to parcel shops or lockers.
Due to the size constraints of lockers, only orders containing 1 pair of shoes will be eligible for a locker delivery.

Your Clarks order status explained:
We’ve received your order: We've received your order and are processing it in our system
Our team are picking your order: A member of our warehouse team in Somerset is picking your order ready to send. You will receive an email once your order has been packed and dispatched to our carrier.
Your order has been cancelled: We're sorry your order has been cancelled. An email with more details will be sent to you shortly.
Online orders that get cancelled will be automatically refunded within 14 working days. If your order was placed in a Clarks store, you will be sent an email or text with information about how to contact our Customer Care centre who will assist with your refund.
Your order is on its way: Great News! Your order is one step closer and is in the safe hands of our carrier. At this point you will receive a dispatch notification email that contains your tracking details.
Standard delivery can take up to 2 days once with the carrier.
We tried to deliver your order: We tried to deliver your order, but no one was home.
Home Delivery orders are attempted a maximum of 3 times, and if appropriate the carrier may leave it in a safe, secure area near your delivery address.
Your order has been delivered: Great News! Your order has been delivered; we hope you enjoy your new purchase.
Pick up Points & Lockers orders are kept at the Pick-up Point for 10 days. Evri will send you n email containing a barcode; please bring this code with you to collect your parcel. You can either show the barcode on your phone or print it out beforehand.
We’re sorry, we couldn’t deliver your order: We tried to deliver your order and unfortunately were unsuccessful. Our carrier will have attempted to deliver your order 3 times and determined that there was no safe or secure area to leave it. Your order will now be returned to our warehouse.
Undelivered orders placed online will be automatically refunded within 14 working days. If your order was placed in a Clarks store, you will be sent an email or text with information about how to contact our Customer Care centre, who will assist with your refund.
Once your order has been delivered to your chosen location, you will be sent an email/ SMS from our delivery partner (Evri) with a delivery notification, and with all the information you need to collect your parcel.
For Parcel Shop collections, you will need to bring a valid source of identification to collect your order. This can be a UK Driving Licence, Passport, Photo ID Card, UK Letter of Authority, Deb/ Credit Card, Birth Certificate, or a Foreign ID Card.
For locker collections, you will be sent a QR barcode and a unique 6-digit number which you can use to open the locker and retrieve your goods.
Your QR barcode & 6-digit collection reference number gets sent to you via email and text message. If you no longer have either of these please contact Customer Care and they will be able to assist you further.
Someone else can pick up your Parcel Shop order if they have a copy of the carrier email/ SMS and a form of ID for the person that placed the order.
