How to make a Return

We’ve extended our returns policy over the festive period to make life a little easier for you. Any items bought from now until Christmas can be returned up until January 31st. All our other refund policy terms and conditions remain the same.

If you have ordered online, we’ll email you when we receive your return and begin the refund process. If you ordered online but opted to collect from store, your right to return is the same. You can receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase (or until January 31st during the festive season), assuming you bring the item back unworn, in its original condition and packaging along with your receipt. You will receive a refund by the same method as you paid.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your bank account.

Return unwanted or faulty items via any of the routes below.

Post Office

  • Package up the product(s) and place back inside the bag in which they were delivered.
  • Peel the Royal Mail returns label from your delivery note and attach it on the outside of the bag over your address.
  • Fill in the Returns Note and include inside the bag.
  • Re-seal the bag and take to any Post Office, remembering to obtain a proof of postage receipt. You must retain this until your refund is credited in your bank account, as this enables us to trace your return.

CollectPlus

  • Peel off the Collect Plus returns label from your delivery note and attach it on the outside of the parcel over your address.
  • Take your parcel to any of the 5800+ local Collect+ stores. You'll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online. You must retain this until your refund is credited in your bank account, as this enables us to trace your order.
  • You can find your nearest Collect+ store by texting COLLECT and your Postcode (e.g. COLLECT BA16 0EQ) to 84555 or at www.collectplus.co.uk/clarks
  • Texts from 84555 are FREE to receive, texts to 84555 are charged at your standard network rate. Full terms and conditions at www.collectplus.co.uk/smsterms

Clarks Store

We can process an exchange or immediate refund in our stores.

We recommed returning your order to a Clarks Store* if a product is faulty, or you ordered the wrong size. Our store staff can assist you in finding an alternative product in the correct size.
*Excludes Outlet, Factory Stores, Wholesale and Eire, or any other Clarks Store outside the UK

  • Take your items to be returned to the Clarks store of your choice.
  • You must bring your proof of purchase, such as an Order Confirmation email (either printed or on your mobile/tablet device) or an invoice/receipt.
  • You must also have your dispatch note and a completed returns note (on the reverse of your dispatch note).
  • You must have the credit/debit card used to make the original purchase.

Please allow 14 days for your refund to show in your bank account.

Hermes Parcel Shop

  • Package up the product(s) and place back inside the bag in which they were delivered.
  • Fill in the Returns Note and include inside the bag. Re-seal the bag.
  • Choose from one of the following options:

1) Print at home; take to a parcel shop*
*You will need a printer to complete this process

Go to Hermes ParcelShop Finder to find your local Hermes ParcelShop

Follow the on-screen instructions and print your Hermes returns label

Attach the label to the outside of your parcel and take it to your selected Hermes ParcelShop

Hand the parcel over and receive your tracking receipt

2) Courier collection*
*You will need a printer to complete this process.

Go to Hermes Parcel Return

Follow the on-screen instruction to arrange your collection and print your returns label

Find your returns form found at the bottom of your dispatch note. Fill it in, tear it from the dispatch note and put it in your parcel

Attach your printed label to your parcel (if you are using the original package, make sure the label covers your address)

  • Please ensure you retain your proof of drop off/collection.
