A Clarks Account is a registration on the Clarks Website, and is separate from being subscribed to receive marketing content from us. Customers with an account, whether subscribed to marketing or not, will receive service messages such as order confirmation emails and important privacy notices.
Having an account does not automatically mean you are subscribed to receive marketing content from us unless you opted to do so when registering, or afterwards in the My Account section, or by entering your registered email address on our Newsletter Sign Up page.
It is also possible to be signed up to receive marketing content from us without having a registered account on the Clarks Website. This means you will receive our Newsletters, as well as service messages when you place orders with us, but you will not have an account on the Clarks website to sign in to.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org who can assist you. We will to ensure we are not disclosing data to someone else, so we will ask you for some information relating to your account to verify your identity.
When you get in touch please let us know if you are a customer of ours, or have had previous interactions with Clarks.
We will search our systems and provide a report showing the data we hold relating to you.
You can click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link on the bottom of all of our Marketing Emails or you can contact us at email@example.com and we can complete this for you.
If you have an account with Clarks, you can unsubscribe on the Preference Centre where you can reduce the number of Marketing Emails you receive, or unsubscribe completely.
