  • 5 stars out of 5Very comfortable and great sole

    William, balfron

As you would expect from a Clark's shoe this is extremely comfortable. I'm not one for trainers (too old and too wide a fit for the vast majority of trainers on the market - and I hate white shoes!) so decided to purchase these. I'm very pleased that I did. Not only are they comfortable, I've just walked on wet pavement for the first time and, unlike so many soles, these actually don't slip and allow you to walk normally. So I feel like a winner all round. Also, easy to put on quickly. Another bonus. Thanks, Clarks, I'll be back.

  • 5 stars out of 5Too old for trainers?

It's gets to a point in time (50+ years and counting!), when with trainers, the choice of 99% of males, you realise that they just don't really cut it any more. It's not that I'm going to be playing football or jogging much nowadays. A brisk walk is now my choice, but a car ride is preferable, and trainers don't seem to fit the bill now. A sign of getting older? So. As my last pair of casual shoes were on death row (If I came within a few feet of a puddle of water, they would leak.) it was off to Clarks. Now my choice for something was going to be non lace-up and black or light brown. But I did not want trainers. But I did want something with a good grip and more importantly, looking stylish to go with my grey, thining hair. And within 5 mins of seeing and trying on the Rawson Black Nubucks, I had brought myself a pair of the tan ones too. They are very, very comfy. And as I do not have wide feet, they are also nicely tight too. Not a hint of slippage as you do with some slip-ons. But not tight in an uncomforatbale way. If they are anything like the other pairs of Clarks shoes I have, they'll last me ages. I'm more than happy, and more importantly, my feet are comfortable, nice and dry. PS - Just did a 4 1/2 hour drive back from Cumbria with the new shoes on. Not a hint of aches, tightness or sore feet.

A really well made comfortable shoe easy to get on and off, perfect for the outdoor life I have as a hobby. I would also like to mention how good the order in store and delivery to home service, I ordered on Sunday and delivery was Wednesday 3 days later, which was 2 days earlier than promised. I would recommend Clark's shoes and service and will be using this in future.

  • 5 stars out of 5Light, comfortable, Good cross shoe/trainer

    Philip, preston

I'm not one for the liking of these types of shoes/trainers, but got to say that due to the design they look more like shoes than trainers, but still give the flexibility of a trainer. They are very practical for many occasions due to this, work, social events, etc. They are very light weight and as Clarks usually are, their very nice fitting (not to tight) but still hug the feet to make them feel succour and very comfortable. For my first purchase of these type of shoe/trainer from Clarks I give a big Thumbs up :)

  • 5 stars out of 5Ideal

    Howard, northampton

As a "man of a certain age (55+)", I look like mutton dressed as lamb in conventional trainers. These fulfill a niche for us oldies. Comfortable, light, easy on and off, practical, water resistant and yet still sort of trendy for an oldie. As always, up to Clarks high manufacturing standard.
