The glossy pink patent leather adds eye-catching impact to the boots' simple, clean lines while the stitched detail on the heel reflects the grooves of a vinyl record. A free limited edition record design key fob comes with each pair, creating another great link between the Desert Boot and music stories.

  I've just received my pink ones. The photo on the web site shows them as being a pink pink but in reality they are what I would describe as fluorescent pink. Not a problem for me though and I will keep them as I love zany shoes but I'm sure my husband will be reaching for his sunglass when I wear them to go out in and I will certainly get some comments! I've have other pairs of desert boots so I know you need to buy a larger size. I normally take a size 5 so I ordered size 5.5 and the fit is perfect but you may need to go up a full size depending on the breadth of your foot. The leather is a little stiff but I am sure they will soon wear in. I would've rated them as 5 stars but the colour is a bit over bright but these boots are going to cause quite a stir - you have been warned!.

• Lovely to look at but narrow

  I was so pleased to get these boots, they look amazing, almost neon pink. However like the previous reviewer I fould them very narrow. I am usually a 6, but have had to return them and will try a 7, fingers crossed. Feedback from Clarks: We do try to be as consistent as possible in terms of sizes and width fittings and all our styles are fit tested as part of our product development process.  However we do find that styles will fit differently due to the differences in design and that a customer may need to select a bigger or smaller size in order to find the most suitable fit.

• devastated!

  I was SO excited when my boots arrived Friday so I could wear them out. I am devastated that they are too tight! The length is fine, they are just TOO narrow. I was after a comfortable boot but I couldn't even get my foot into them. Very disappointed.
