    These lovely comfy shoes are perfect for me for work. I ordered my usual size and width but they were too big. I returned them and re-ordered. The refund was quickly in my bank and the second pair were delivered as fast as the first. I have 'flat feet' and therefore need arch supports so it's great that the insoles are removable and I can put my own in.

    Really delighted with the fit of the shoes, instantly wearable - flexible, soft leather. Delivery was very quick, ordered Saturday afternoon & they were received Tuesday, considering Monday was a bank holiday, I was impressed!
