current delivery issues

Our deliveries are made Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm, and your shoes should arrive within four working days of your order.

If you are concerned about your order, you can track your order online by simply logging in to 'My Account', select 'My Orders' at the top of the page. Click on the Home Delivery order you wish to track, then you may need to scroll down and at the bottom left of the page under 'Deliveries' click 'Track parcel', this will open in a new page. If you still require further assistance please email our Customer Care Service.

On rare occasions, slight delays may be caused by public holidays or circumstances at our distribution centre.

We are currently in a peak period, please bear with us during this busy time and allow an extra day or two before contacting us.
