How do I know what size and fit to order for delivery to store?
Making sure that your child's shoes are a good fit is the first priority for both you and Clarks. This means that rather than offering a home delivery service for kids' shoes, we're offering a service that enables you to order your chosen style for your child for delivery to a store of your choice*, where we will have specially trained shoe fitters who will carefully check the fit of the shoes you have ordered.
To help give you the best choice of ordering the correct size and fitting we suggest the following steps.
If you have recently purchased a pair of Clarks shoes for your child
1. Look inside the shoes. Printed on the sock is the size and fit (for example, 11G). Please note that sandals do not have a fitting letter.
2. Can you recall the date you purchased these shoes? If you have the receipt the date will be printed on it.
3. If the purchase date was within the last two months then your best option is to order the same size and fitting.
4. If you purchased the shoes within the last 3-6 months the size you need to order will depend on how much your child has grown and their age.
5. If your child is up to 4 years old then add one whole shoe size.
6. If your child is 5 years or older then add a 1/2 shoe size.
7. In both cases order the width fitting indicated on the sock.
If you have not recently purchased a pair of Clarks shoes for your child
We strongly recommend that you visit a Clarks shop to have your child's feet expertly measured!
At the store your child will be accurately measured and shoes can be tried on to ensure a correct fit. If the shoes you require are not in stock these can be ordered at the store* and delivered in-store within 3-5 days.
We'll contact you when the shoes have arrived so you can call at your convenience with your child and we'll check the fit before you purchase the shoes.
