If you'd like the convenience of having your new shoes delivered to your door, you can select 'Delivery' at the checkout.
We deliver to addresses in the UK and Northern Ireland. We deliver to countries in Europe through our European websites. Click here to go to clarks.com for more information.
Here at Clarks we want to make the delivery process as convenient as possible. We will deliver to any address you choose – be it home, work, to a friend or to a Collect+ store of your choice.
We now offer the following delivery options*:

There is no charge for this service.

Order for delivery within 5* working days (mainland UK and Northern Ireland) or within 7* working days (outlying areas). *We will endeavour to deliver within this timeframe however during busy peak periods it may take a day or two more

Deliveries will be made between Monday - Saturday, 7am - 7pm (excluding Bank holidays)

You can request that we leave your package in a secure location - behind a wall, in a shed, anywhere you like - just enter the details in special instructions during the checkout process.

This is a proof-of-delivery service, and requires a signature on delivery

Have your shoes delivered to one of over 5,000+ local stores

We will send you an email containing a barcode, please bring this code with you to collect your parcel. You can either show the barcode on the screen on your phone or print it out beforehand.

No need to wait in for your delivery, collect it at your convenience, the store will keep it for 10 days.
If you are concerned about your order, you can track your order online by simply logging in to 'My Account', select 'My Orders' at the top of the page. Click on the Delivery order you wish to track, then you may need to scroll down and at the bottom left of the page under 'Deliveries' click 'Track Parcel', this will open in a new page. * Not all delivery options are available to all postcodes. You will only be offered the delivery options available to your area when you are in the checkout.

If you are not in when our couriers arrive to deliver your order, a calling card will be left. this will enable you to rearrange the delivery for a date which suits you or choose to collect your parcel from the courier depot.
