Please note:
Goods can only be delivered to addresses within the UK and Northern Ireland.
All sales goods are for home delivery only.

If you’d like the convenience of having your new shoes delivered to your door, you can select ‘Deliver to me’ at the checkout (for all products excluding kids' shoes).

We deliver to addresses in the UK and Northern Ireland. We deliver to countries in Europe through our European websites. Click here to go to clarks.com for more information.

Deliveries are normally made Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

Here at Clarks we want to make the delivery process as convenient as possible. We will deliver to any address you choose – be it home, work, or to a friend. Alternatively you can request that we leave your package in a secure location – behind a wall, in a shed, anywhere you like – just tell us when you place your order. And if, for any reason, you want to send your shoes back, you can do so free of charge. For more information see our Returns policy.

We now offer the following delivery options*:

Standard

  • Order for delivery within 5 working days (mainland UK and Northern Ireland) or within 7 working days (outlying areas)

  • There is no charge for this service.

  • By providing us with your mobile phone number when placing your order, our parcel carrier will be able to text you when your item is on it's way. If this delivery date is not convenient for you, you will be able to select an alternative delivery date by replying to this text.

Next day

  • Order before 3pm for delivery on the next working day

  • Orders placed before 3pm on Fri or Sat will be delivered the following Mon. Orders placed before 3pm on Sun will be delivered the following Tue

  • The charge for this service is £5.50 per order

  • Please note that Next Day Delivery is a proof-of-delivery service, and requires a signature on delivery

Saturday Delivery

  • Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on the Saturday of that week

  • Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be delivered on the Saturday of the following week

  • The charge for this service is £7.50 per order

  • Please note that Saturday Delivery is a proof-of-delivery service, and requires a signature on delivery

If you are concerned about your order, you can track your order online by simply logging in to 'My Account', select 'My Orders' at the top of the page. Click on the Home Delivery order you wish to track, then you may need to scroll down and at the bottom left of the page under 'Deliveries' click 'Track Parcel', this will open in a new page. * Not all delivery options are available to all postcodes. You will only be offered the delivery options available to your area when you are in the checkout.

If you are not in when our couriers arrive to deliver your order, a calling card will be left. this will enable you to rearrange the delivery for a date which suits you or choose to collect your parcel from the courier depot.

If you are wondering why you can’t buy kids' shoes online for home delivery, it’s because at Clarks we’re committed to finding the best-fitting shoe for the child, which involves a detailed fit check. Of course, we can’t do this if we’re not there when you receive your shoes. You can, however, order children’s shoes online to Collect from Store. When you visit your store, one of our specially trained fitters will measure your child's feet and then, if the shoes you have ordered are suitable, fit them for your child in-store.
