Please note:
Goods can only be delivered to addresses within the UK and Northern Ireland.
All sales goods are for home delivery only.
If you’d like the convenience of having your new shoes delivered to your door, you can select ‘Deliver to me’ at the checkout (for all products excluding kids' shoes).
We deliver to addresses in the UK and Northern Ireland. At the moment we don’t deliver to the Channel Islands, the Republic of Ireland, BFPO addresses or the Rest of the World.
Deliveries are normally made Monday-Friday 8am-6pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
Here at Clarks we want to make the delivery process as convenient as possible. We will deliver to any address you choose – be it home, work, or to a friend. Alternatively you can request that we leave your package in a secure location – behind a wall, in a shed, anywhere you like – just tell us when you place your order. And if, for any reason, you want to send your shoes back, you can do so free of charge. For more information see our Returns policy.
We now offer the following delivery options*:
Saturday Delivery

Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on the Saturday of that week

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be delivered on the Saturday of the following week

There is no charge for this service.
You can track your order by logging into your Clarks account, clicking on your order number and clicking on the link entitled 'Track parcel' (underneath the heading 'Deliveries'). Click here to begin tracking your order.
* Not all delivery options are available to all postcodes. You will only be offered the delivery options available to your area when you are in the checkout.
If your parcel takes longer than expected, there may be a delivery issue. Please click here for current updates.
If you are not in when our couriers arrive to deliver your order, a calling card will be left. this will enable you to rearrange the delivery for a date which suits you or choose to collect your parcel from the courier depot.

If you are wondering why you can’t buy kids' shoes online for home delivery, it’s because at Clarks we’re committed to finding the best-fitting shoe for the child, which involves a detailed fit check. Of course, we can’t do this if we’re not there when you receive your shoes. You can, however, order children’s shoes online to Collect from Store. When you visit your store, one of our specially trained fitters will measure your child's feet and then, if the shoes you have ordered are suitable, fit them for your child in-store. Collect From Store
If you want the convenience of being able to try your shoes on before you buy them, select from several similar pairs, or simply want to pay by cash, you can choose our Collect From Store option when you reach the checkout.
You can choose to have your shoes delivered to selected Clarks stores in the UK and Northern Ireland free of charge. All of our UK stores offer the Collect From Store service (the Collect From Store service is not available at Heathrow Airport, Factory Outlet/Discount, Wholesale, Channel Islands stores, or any other Clarks store outside the UK). For a list of stores offering the Collect From Store service, type your location into our Store Locator, click on the Collect from Store box, then search.
Your shoes will be at your chosen store within five working days of your order being placed (to find your nearest store please use our Store Locator). We will tell you by SMS or email when they are ready for you, after which you have nine days to come in, try them on and buy them.
We will then process your payment through the Clarks till in the normal way.
Due to limited stock room space, you can only order six items for store delivery – and up to two pairs of an individual style. If you need to order more pairs than this – for example when shopping for bridesmaids or sports teams – Contact us directly.
When choosing kids' style's we would always recommend you visit one of our stores for in-store fitting. However, if you are unable to do so, you can use our Collect From Store service to order kid's styles. After your order has been delivered to a store of your choice, we will then take your child through the fitting process in store. And if the shoes you ordered are not suitable we’ll tell you – and suggest excellent alternatives.
