Sales Managers (UK & Ireland)

For our Sales Managers, it’s about developing the company sales strategy to deliver customer satisfaction. But that’s by no means all there is to it. It takes the setting of objectives, team training, even performance coaching to reach sales targets and really build sales amongst the UK and Ireland independents.

Influential at all levels, Sales Managers are truly the negotiators of the business. It could be anything from defining the sales strategy to a team member to discussing a large commercial contract at a senior level; nothing is beyond the scope of their skills.
